I'm so excited to work with you, kitten! Here are a few things you should do to ensure we have a successful treatment:
1. Discontinue use of all prescription and over-the-counter retinols 72 hrs before your appointment. This includes tretinoin, adapalene, retinoids, or any other similar products.2. Discontinue use of exfoliating products 72 hours before appointment. This includes any AHA/BHA, peel pads, exfoliating masks, scrubs, or any active/harsh treatment products you are currently using.
3. Avoid coming in with heavy makeup.
4. Ensure you wear at least SPF the day of your appointment so that your skin is protected from the sun.
5. If you have an appointment later in the day please make sure to do your usual morning routine to ensure you skin is still being protected.

I kindly ask that you wait at least two weeks after receiving any face injectables so that we can prevent any migration, manipulation, or shifting of the botox/filler. Facial treatments, however, can be done anytime before your injectables.

As a first time client please book the First Time Client facial which includes a consultation and my 60 min facial, the Pretty Kitty. This is a treatment with a great deal of time spend discussing skin goals, current skin condition, home care, etc.
Returning clients can pick from 3 time options: the Pretty Kitty (60 mins), the Beautiful Kitty (80 mins), and the Stunning Kitty (100 mins).These are fully customized treatments curated for where your skin is at on the day of the appointment.

There is only metered street parking available in the area. Please give yourself plenty of time prior to the appointment to find parking.

Policies

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the booked service.
3 late cancellations within a 6 month period will be cause for termination from booking future appointments.
No-shows, no-call will be charged 100% of the original booked service.
After two no-show, no call incidents the client will be subject to termination from booking future appointments.
Future appointments cannot be made until cancelled/no-show fees are paid in full.
Fees paid for past cancellation/no-shows will not be applied to future appointments.

If you are running late you will only receive remaining time. You will still be charged for the full appointment time. Exceptions will not be made. You will be accommodated for the appointment if you are running under 10 mins late.
If you are running more than 10 mins late you will not be accommodated for your appointment as this will not be adequate time to perform your service and will interfere with other scheduled clients that day. You will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation/rescheduling policy. -
Valid credit card needed to hold appointment and will be charged if you are late or miss your appointment
